3. About RRPPCL

RRPPCL is a registered Producer Company under the Companies Act, 1956, incorporated in 2012 with support from Samaj Pragati Sahayog (SPS). It is primarily owned and operated by women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) belonging to tribal and marginalized communities in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh.

• Supplies certified seeds and organic inputs
• Processes and sells pesticide-free grains and pulses
• Trains and empowers women for leadership in agriculture

4. Products and Services

4.1 Product Range:

• Grains: Wheat, maize, jowar, pulses
• Certified Kharif & Rabi seeds
• Bio-inputs like pheromone traps and sticky boards

All products are grown without synthetic pesticides and tested under Jaivik Bharat Standards.

4.2 Packaging & Labelling:

Compliant with food safety regulations. Labels include name, weight, batch, MRP, license number, and manufacturing details.

4.3 Quality Assurance:

Products undergo batch-wise residue testing from accredited labs to ensure they are pesticide-free and meet food safety norms.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

5.1 Orders:

Orders can be placed via phone, email, or formal agreements. Availability and pricing are subject to current market conditions.

5.2 Pricing:

Prices exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned. Handling and packaging charges may apply where relevant.

5.3 Payment Modes:

• NEFT / RTGS / IMPS
• Cheque or Demand Draft payable to RRPPCL
• Cash payments within government limits

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only if products are proven defective.

6. Delivery and Shipping

• Estimated delivery timelines are shared at confirmation.
• RRPPCL is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics or force majeure events.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, expired, or incorrect items. Evidence (e.g., photos) must accompany claims. Refunds are processed within 15 business days upon validation.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, and designs are owned by RRPPCL unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
